We are big fans of the power of words and how they shape our thoughts and feelings. This is one of the basic concepts of cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT).
Thank you, Jon, for illustrating how changing just one three-letter word can suddenly open us up to a whole different way of thinking. The two examples in this video are spot-on.
