Herbs have been used for hundreds of years to support mental health, helping to reduce stress and improve mood. Ayurveda, Traditional Chinese Medicine, and Western Herbalism all have different practices for brain health.

Chamomile, for example, is well-known for its soothing effects and is often used to calm anxiety. Ashwagandha strengthens the body’s ability to handle stress.

Research shows that when herbs are used in the right way, they can promote balance and emotional well-being. To be safe, always consult with your doctor or certified herbalist before using herbs to treat mental health.

Thank you, @bouquetofbasil.herbals for sharing your herbal knowledge with us.
