The National Hockey League announced that it would be bringing back NHL in ASL, featuring Deaf commentators, for its Winter Classic on December 31. NHL in ASL will be available via a special streaming channel on Max in the U.S. and on Sportsnet+ in Canada. Both require subscriptions to view. The ASL portion is produced by P-X-P and the Deaf commentators are Jason Altmann and Noah Blankenship. The NHL is also producing weekly highlight reels in ASL featuring top goals from each week. Nice to see this NHL in ASL service continue to be provided — it first started last season during the Stanley Cup Playoffs.
