Spanking children is one of those topics that inevitably triggers strong and polarizing opinions.

Did you know that spanking can negatively impact a child’s mental health? Studies show that physical punishment, including spanking, is linked to higher risks of anxiety, depression, and aggression, as well as lower self-esteem.

Spanking doesn’t teach positive behavior. Instead, spanking often creates fear and confusion, which makes it harder for children to develop emotional resilience and trust.
