Human touch has important psychological benefits beyond just making us feel good. Touch has been shown to reduce anxiety, depression, and pain, in addition to relieving stress. It also provides a sense of comfort, reassurance, and trust, all of which are critical to mental health.
Professional cuddler, Daniel, explains the concept of cuddling and his own journey that led to his involvement in this field.
