The loneliness epidemic, announced last year by the US Surgeon General, continues to be a very real thing. More and more people than ever feel isolated. A lack of social interaction is strongly linked to depression and worsening mental health.

It only takes a few minutes to check in on your friends - and this can help prevent feelings of loneliness and play an important role in supporting their emotional well-being.
