Very sad! I'm not proud of USA. First Lady after Jackson hurriedly told this story to deaf children of the time. It has been untold in history books. White men in American Government are still murdering native and colored teenagers even to this day. I'm fortunate to have heard about this story as I'm generationally deaf. I'm sad I can't tell this to my kids because they're in the military now and they were messing with my kids when they are teenagers. Most deaf people have hard time with teens cuz of the government's white people or transracially white.
