All week will be very hot temperatures + add 2-4 pts higher . Wear white clothes or swim , river ( least less est than 5 minutes if we walk to river 35 minutes drive takes 3 minutes, parking Blah. Touch water ahhhh wooo 5 min . Sun block lotion , plenty waters or headache or faint Important liquids I. Body keeps hydrated. Fruits Happy July 4th Happy freedom / Independence Day Peace Plus. Be safe and enjoying watching night time. Fireworks!
