I’m frustrated with what happened in 18 years up to last year Oct where I stopped paying a friend for renovation. 

I noticed deaf friends were good with the jobs around the house in N.VA while 3 hearing people here in town that I let them go.

This town here is booming and impossible to get licensed contractors as they charge double due to many houses flipping all over and was told I had to wait 6 months to a year.

Renovation cannot wait as it was about to collapse in dining room see beginning picture.
