Just as depression and anxiety don’t look the same in everyone, there’s also no one-size-fits-all treatment when it comes to taking care of depression and anxiety. Each person is unique and responds differently to research-backed interventions. Carl shares his experience with medications and his thoughts on living with depression and anxiety.
