Board changed everything and created barriers to all members of color, Deafblind and Seniors for refusing provide PT interpreter, provide zoom meetings and removed online membership form.

What are you VAD Board thinking?

I set everything up including online payment for membership dues.

We passed free BIPOC membership one year. No deadline or time limit.

All of them listed above are from Northern VA and NVAD members they all were elected in person without zoom provided at Fairfax VA which are convienially close by for them to attend in person and to heck with rest of members who live elsewhere in state of Virginia.

These current Board members were with VAD 20-40+ years. In various positions.

Yet, they chose to close online membership payments and removed free BIPOC membership.

What does that tell you?

This is very concerning and discriminating against BIPOC people.
