Volunteering can make us feel good about ourselves by giving a sense of purpose and accomplishment. When we connect with others through volunteering, we build a supportive friend circle, which helps reduce feelings of loneliness. Doing good things for others can also boost our mood and bring a positive routine to our lives, both of which can be game-changers for mental well-being. Deaf Counseling Center therapist, Suz, offers insight on volunteering. #volunteer
