LIZZIE: It's no secret that companies with diverse employees, such as Deaf, DeafBlind, DeafDisabled, Hard of Hearing, Late-Deafened employees, gets more value to the company! Check out some tips how employers can be inclusive!
MICHELLE: When there will be a meeting, request accommodations in advance, such as CART, sign language interpreter, or other different communication accommodations.
EMILY: The company should not assume that all people with disabilities need the same accommodations.
ALEXANDER: Review your responsibilities within the disability rights law, like the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act.
