1/4 cup old fashioned rolled oats, 3/4 cup milk of your choice, 1 tablespoon chia seeds, 1 tablespoon creamy peanut butter, 1/2 banana, cut into small chucks, 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt, Mix well, cover and refrigerate overnight.
