A “Highly Sensitive Person” (HSP) is someone whose brain processes information differently than many other people’s brains do. HSPs are sensitive to emotions, thoughts and sensory input (such as smells, textures, colors, etc.). They are often creative and insightful, yet are also more likely to experience stress and feel overwhelmed. Jerome shares his thoughts on being a Highly Sensitive Person and what he has learned from his readings. #highlysensitiveperson #highlysensitive
