Basically, I was explaining how I try to help out with the plastic bags by tying knots and cutting the loops so that animals do not get into the loops or the bags. First, I noticed a lot of loose grocery bags that got out of the trash and went about the yard and woods. They look like balloons. I decided to tie the bags into knots. Later, when I watched Ocean Conservation Namibia how seals get caught in loops of plastic bags, fishing nets, mesh bags, fishing lines, and many more. I, then, realized I need to cut loops of any kind.
