Steven M Brown and OAD apologizes for ill feelings or offense caused. We realize now that diversity and inclusion sessions do not belong in a public space such as a board meeting. All of us are adapting to our new roles and are learning so much. Please be patient with us, we are making progress behind the scenes.

In the future, if you take issue with something that is said or done during a board meeting, please communicate directly with the person that you take issue with before speaking to others about your issue, gossiping about someone behind their back is toxic and harmful. That being said, if you do not feel comfortable with confrontation, and wish to remain anonymous, contact our delegate as a proxy for communication with OAD.
