Why apply to become a builder at YLC? The last one and a really important reminder: there are so many benefits in becoming a builder -- especially because you will be a role model for deaf youth.

It’s so important for deaf youth to see different deaf adults as hope, inspiration, and motivation for their future. As a builder, you can support them as they’re going through their personal growth.

There’s nothing more rewarding than seeing deaf youth growing and becoming a deaf leader for future generations. As a builder myself, it’s so heart touching to witness their growth. I’m so proud of all the YLC leaders.
