Ways to Say No with Integrity

Saying “no” isn’t always easy, even though it’s a very necessary thing for us to do, in order to protect our time, energy and sanity. We worry about hurting the other person’s feelings. We don’t want to miss out on things. We don’t want to come across as selfish. Often, we end up overly apologizing for saying “no”. The good news is, it’s very possible to say “no”, without doing any of the above. 💫💫💫
