We're kicking off a series about why YOU should become a Builder (staff) at Youth Leadership Camp (YLC)! Emily, who is a YLC Builder for 2 years, shares the first and main reason why you have to apply to be a builder at YLC 2022!

Not only will you utilize your leadership skills on the job, you will also learn to navigate who you are as a leader. I’ve been a builder for two of years, and my leadership skills grew a lot - wow!
