Did you know that November is #MensMentalHealthMonth?

Depression and suicide are ranked as a leading cause of death among men, and yet they're still far less likely to seek mental health treatment.

It was a honor to hold space for three (brave and willing) Deaf men who shared their mental health struggles and to experience them being so open and supportive towards each other. It is their hope that MORE men will be able to come forward with sharing their mental health challenges. We need to work together to combat the stigma!
