JW people who don't believe the Torah applied today because of many people (any religion) who failed uphold YHWH's Word. You will see how NWT with reference column in Exodus, Leviticus, Numbers and Deuteronomy. According to NWT did put down Book of Revelation in the Torah reference columns. So did you see fulfilled or complete in the Book of Revelation?
