Has Industry Emphasis on Diversity and Inclusion Changed the Way We Tell Stories?

Absolutely not! They still have a long way to go! We do not have Black Deaf Creators telling stories from our own lens. As a writer and the founder/CEO of Deaf Talent® Media & Entertainment Consulting, I am tired of other people, especially white & hearing able-bodied ableist folks, writing and telling BIPOC stories. It's not their lived experiences.
