[TRANSCRIPT & DESC: A screen recorded online event of four women on Zoom. They are Renate Rose, Tyese Wright, Gisella Tomita, and Lori Taylor.
Renate Rose: As we know interviews are fast approaching, you start to get nervous about the upcoming interview. So, what are some tips you have on how to handle those nerves?

I'm SUPER NERVOUS BEFORE MY INTERVIEW?")
Tyese: I would suggest using a stress ball. That really helps reduce your stress.
Gisella: The most important thing is to breathe! It is really important. When you
become nervous, you stop breathing, and your mind starts to race, then it's harder to stay centered in the interview. You could take ten‑second deep breaths.
Lori: Practice and practice. The more you practice, that will reduce your nerves to feel ready for the interview.
Tyese: Take a walk before to help clear your head. That will get you ready for your interview.
Gisella: Take a bathroom break before the interview. Center yourself. Look in the mirror and say it is okay. I’m ready to do this!
