I first heard of Cesar Rocha as the "Deaf man who went to the Capitol on Jan 6th during the riots" and I will admit I did have my thoughts of WHY he would do what he did, BUT the more I heard about his work for the community in Austin, Texas, I had to meet him and find out more about him.


Cesar is truly someone who gives his heart and passion to helping others. Thanks for all you do!
