Composting? Uhhh - what's that? Getting my hands dirty? Using old food as trash?


Admittedly, my first thought was EW! Gross, but I kept being reminded how it was good for the environment. I was motivated to learn more after taking my carbon footprint test and realizing how I wasn't doing a great job being environmentally conscious.
