Last week, we posted a video about the NAD office being closed to the public after some people tried to stop by our office, we realized our video caused some confusion. We decided to remove it and hope this new video helps clear up any confusion! The NAD Front Desk Assistant Jenilee shares that since the start of the pandemic last year, the NAD office was closed to the public while the staff worked remotely for everyone’s safety. Our office status still is closed to the public while we continue to work remotely.

Jenilee: Hi! Recently, there have been some visitors who have stopped by the NAD office with the hopes of meeting someone in person and did not realize the NAD office is still closed to the public. To make sure people knew the office was closed, we posted a video to communicate with the community last week and realized it caused some confusion. We decided to remove it and make another video.
Since the start of the pandemic in early 2020, the NAD office closed to the public while the staff worked remotely from home for everyone’s safety. Our office status still is closed to the public -- we continue to work remotely. Even though we are not able to meet in person, you can still schedule a video call appointment! Email Link to schedule a video call appointment or check Link for other ways to contact. When the NAD office is open to the public, we will post an update. For now, the NAD will continue our services remotely. Thank you for your support!]
