Proposal to allow deaf UK people to serve on jury duty

In the U.K. and Australia, deaf people who use interpreters are barred from serving on jury duty because an interpreter counts as a "13th person in the room." But that may change with a proposal in the British Parliament made possible by Deaf activists and a Coda researcher.
