New Year's Resolutions often include goals of getting more exercise in. Are you one of them?
If you follow me on Instagram, you know that I was part of a December Steps Challenge where we had to aim for 420,000 steps from December 1-28, and then the last 3 days were "playoffs". I thought I was pushing myself by doing over 25,000 steps those 3 days, but whoa! The winner of the steps challenge did more than 200,000 steps in only THREE DAYS!?
