As I watched Deaf U, I was blown away by how everyone was real and vulnerable with their life experiences. As a Deaf woman, Alexa Paulay-Simmons was unapologetically raw about many things including her choice to be open about her abortion. In this chat, we discuss why abortion shouldn't be taboo and whether Alexa feels like she was portrayed the way she really is on the show.
