STAYING SOBER DURING COVID-19

Since March, we have been dealing with uncertainty with many changes going on around us. Most of us have been quarantined at home. I've been seeing an increase in jokes and memes about how we cope through drinking more, alcohol specifically, or using substances more often.
I reached out to two Deaf people in recovery to chat with them about their challenges of staying sober during this time and how the community can be more mindful about what we share/post.
I sincerely want to thank James McGowan and Sheena Cobb for sharing their hearts with us.
