Tar shared his traumatic story during his time in 2011 as Youth Leadership Camp Counselor. It was horrible experience to go through racism system practices. YLC 2011 staff treated Tar like a piece of shit. He was only one Black Deaf staff in that time. (Transcript is needed.)
