There are two black deaf organizations worth looking into

1) National Black Deaf Advocates, Inc. (NBDA)

They are advocates for civil rights and access through education, employment and social services for all black deaf and hard of hearing individuals.

2)Transformative Deaf Education.

They aim to promote transformative pedagogy in deaf schools and programs.
