2019 Jr. NAD NATIONAL CONFERENCE: ART COMPETITION

A student is sitting in front of a black background with Jr. NAD logo. STUDENT: The 2019 Jr. NAD National Conference will have a Diversity Fundraiser at the RIT/ NTID Dyer Arts Center. We want you to participate in the art competition! When we get your artwork, we will feature the artwork at the Dyer Arts Center. The showing will be from November 1 - December 14, 2019. All artworks should include either of the following: Jr. NAD, deaf culture, or diversity. Our theme is “Perspective, Empathize, Influenceâ€. Video switches to a different screen. STUDENT: If you want to be part of the competition, you must meet the following criteria: 1) deaf or hard of hearing, 2) younger than 22 years old, and 3) must be a Jr. NAD member. All artwork submissions are accepted between July 22 - October 1, 2019. Your artwork must be mailed to or dropped off at RIT/ NTID Dyer Arts Center from October 7 to 15, 2019. If you want to participate, your artwork must be 6 in. x 6 in. (and x 6 in. if you want 3D artwork). For 3D artwork, you can do a 3D print or paper - it can be anything you want as long as it meets 6 inches. You can send up to one artwork.
