The NAD Policy Institute is studying deaf and hard of hearing people’s accessibility experiences across a variety of categories. Do you use the metro? Do you fly? CHANEL: Me too! I missed my flight because I didn't see any announcements of when to board. I ended up having to catch the next flight.
SEAN: I need coffee.
