Q: Why does Number Lookup show the USA and not my local area?

When we install Z5 Mobile, sometimes we accidentally choose the option that does NOT allow Z5 Mobile to access the device’s GPS. To fix this, please get in your Settings, then tap Privacy - Location Services - Z5. Change the option to “While Using”. Then, your Number Lookup will work.
