Thank you for reaching out to us on here with your feedback. I have confirmed with a supervisor in our technical department that CTV 2 arranges for closed captioning on the programming it airs. In fact all networks do. Unfortunately, closed captioning is not in the hands of Cogeco. We do not have control over it. That being said, if it should ever happen again, please call us while it is happening so that we can report it for you to the network. I have noted your concerns for now about the current program/network.
Furthermore, so that you don't miss out I hope that you can also find the programming on another station that does have closed captioning at that time. We can also assist with that.
