ZAINAB: On October 3rd, 2018, the Federal Government released a "PRESIDENT ALERT" that was sent to your phones and broadcasted on TV. We'd like to know your experience -- did you get the alert? Did you not see the broadcast? We want to know what worked and what didn't. Please fill out the survey and let us know. We will gather the comments and share it with the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) so we can ask for improvements to be made to ensure full access to emergency communications for deaf and hard of hearing people. Thank you.
