Region I Representative Michelle shares a brief update from Hawaii.

MICHELLE: Aloha from Hawai’i! It is hard to believe it is 2018 already. Before I share updates about this year, I would like to take a moment to reflect on 2017. Steve, my co-representative who is not here in Hawai’i with us but has worked closely with me on a lot of things for our region. All State Associations in Region I have had their statewide conferences and had their election of officers. It has been an exciting new start as state associations begin their new terms. Now, with 2018 underway, we are all looking forward to the NAD Conference in Hartford, Connecticut – which happens to be in our region! Our sleeves are rolled up to get ready for the conference, the Council of Representatives meeting, workshops, evening events like College Bowl, and more! A lot of fun activities are in the works! We look forward to working together with you and welcoming everyone to Region I. Join us in Hartford this July!
