Matthew 10:7-8, 16

(Jesus told his 12 appostles) As you go, proclaim the good news,
"The Kingdom of heaven has come. Cure the sick, raise the dead,
cleanse the lepers, cast out demons. You received without paymet; give without payment."
"See, I am sending you out like sheep into the midst of wolves; so be wise as serpents and innocent as doves.

Psalm 119:105

Your world is lamp to my feet and a light to my path.

Prayer:

Make us worthy, Lord to serve our fellow men through the world who live and die
in poverty and hunger. Give them throught our hands this day their daily bread, and by our understanding love, give peace
and joy. Lord, grant that I may seek rather to comfort than to be comforted; to understand than to be understood;
to love than to be loved for it is by forgetting self that one finds, it is by forgiving that one is forgiven, it is by dying that one
awakens to enternal life.
May the Lord bless me, protect me from all evil, and bring me to everlasting life. Jesus, I trust in you
