This is a personal, passion-project that I’ve been wanting to do for a long time. I believe in the benefits of the free flow of information — if we know better, we can do better. To improve Health Literacy among persons whose primary, or preferred, language is ASL we must create more freely available content in that field. Check out the growing playlist: Link
To invest in a future where more Deaf/Coda/HoH individuals work in S.T.E.M. fields and turn around and contribute to the shared knowledge-pool of the Deaf and ASL community — we need interest-inspiring content that is accessible now. We need put into place positive-feedback loops that make the default occurrence, the correct occurrence; if you build it, they will come.
