CLAUDIA: Is everything alright? You seem stressed?
ERNESTO: Oh, I have so many things going on... I have to grocery shopping list because my family is visiting soon, give my puppy a bath, and finish my assignment that is due tomorrow.
CLAUDIA: Wow, you're busy.
ERNESTO: Also, I'm concerned concerned about the EHDI system.
CLAUDIA: You mean the Early Hearing Detection and Intervention?
ERNESTO: Yes, and I am clueless on how to contact my legislator to express my concerns.
CLAUDIA: Oh it's easy! You can find their contact information on the internet!
ERNESTO: Really, can you show me?
CLAUDIA: Sure, let me get my laptop.

Claudia goes to google and types "how to contact your legislator?" and clicks on the second link of results: FIND YOUR REPRESENTATIVE - House.gov (URL SHOWS: Link ) Claudia types in 20002 as the zip code and results show Eleanor Holmes Norton with contact information provided.
Video transitions back to Claudia and Ernesto staring at Claudia's laptop.
ERNESTO: Wow, that is really simple!
CLAUDIA: Yes, it is -- that should help you out.
ERNESTO: Definitely, thank you so much for your help!
CLAUDIA: No problem!
