OK *FSH* *FSH*, MORE SERIOUS-BUSINESS TALK on why you really need to take the opportunity to GRAB IT, ASAP:

What kinds of people do you choose to keep in your close circle of friends? Are they negative people? Neutral? Positive? What kinds of things you do most in life? Do you do things in life that energize you? Make you *shrug*? Drain you?

What doesn’t fulfill you, even if it’s neutral enough not to overtly subtract from you, kills you. We continuously need to be fulfilled because we constantly spend that which is inside of us.

People who are just bystanders in your life are like a friend watching you drown, yes the water technically kills you, but by not adding his hand to your cause your friend has also killed you with his neutrality.

We must seek that which engages us. We must search out fulfillment as a matter of life or death. An inner-life that dies spreads to our outer-life like a frost that withers, wilts, and wastes. Find your summer. Find your passion. Make being ‘additive’ a necessary property in things you interact with, get rid of what is neutral, of what covertly lets you die slowly. And for effs-sake definitely get rid of people and things that are overtly subtracting from your fulfillment.

You are a multifaceted human being, don’t let anyone choose a single facet and confuse it for your definition. Break any agreements you’ve made with mediocrity. Don’t compromise. Be that person you dream of being, break other people’s definition of who you are supposed to be and what in what role you are supposed to exist. Only you can define you.

If you don’t know who you are or who you want to be, then make spending time with yourself a priority, get to know the deep richness of having an inner-life. There is no freedom without awareness. The more you become self-aware, the more free you can truly be.
