Students from Miami Dade County Public Schools who are deaf or hard of hearing visit Signing Santa at the Dolphin Mall. This special event was organized by Andy Altmann and Darlene Watson, counselors for children who are deaf or hard of hearing in the school system. The South Florida Deaf Recreation Association provided gifts and the Dolphin Mall and Dave & Busters provided breakfast and video games galore! SH-sh-sh------Victor Solano was the Signing Santa...and Santa is deaf himself!
