KFC is taking this nail polish business quite seriously. In Hong Kong, KFC has released a nail polish that’s finger licking good.

They created two nail polishes based on two KFC popular recipes, which are Original Recipe and Hot & Spicy. KFC stated that the consumers can buy the polish and apply it to their nails. They will be able to lick it off of their nails. Marketing Company Ogilvy & Mather worked with food technologists to create this different product. People stated that it tastes like chicken.

Ogilvy director John Koay stated, “The recipe for our edible nail polish is unique and was specifically designed to hold the flavor, but to also dry with a glossy coat similar to normal nail polish. This campaign is designed to be intriguing and fun to increase excitement around the KFC brand in Hong Kong.” The brand stated that you can lick your fingers again and again.
