How does the NAD know what to work on from conference to conference? We rely on members submitting motions for priorities and bylaws amendments which will be discussed by the community at the General Forum. After the General Forum, motions that are ranked in the top will be moved to the Council of Representatives for the delegates to vote. NAD Region I Representative Michelle Cline takes a moment to explain what the process looks like after you submit your motion. Submit your motion at phoenix.nad.org by May 15, 2016!
