Hello Filipino Deaf Community, I made short Vlog explained about point Pres. Aquino signs into law bill granting VAT 12% exemptions to PWD also I explained that he Law is signed but it not yet implemented because the Implementing Rules and Regulation (IRR) should be drafted first. Once the IRR is finished, the Law will be implemented 11 days after the first publication.

The law has just been approved about VAT 12% exemptions to PWD ...they will still make the Implementing Rules and Regulation (IRR) for that. Maybe for another 3 months before they will give the VAT exemptions.

All Laws needs IRR before implemented so dont expect a that VAT is now excluded today. We need to wait for the implementation.

All Laws in the Philippines needs IRR before implementation.
Maybe some few establishments chooses to implement no-VAT even when there is still no IRR.
