I am shocked to see that no Deaf and Hard of Hearing individuals have taken the advantage of the Skype considering that Skype is a great program for 1-on-1 video calling in American Sign Language and even group video calling where there can be up to 25 Deaf people. I highly recommend Skype for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing people to use. It's almost like Videophone except it allows them to talk to 25 people or less instead of just one person.

Skype is available for almost everywhere, all Apple devices, all Android devices, PC, Laptop and even on some smart television!
