The Obituary
The year was 1981. The second baby girl was
born to Richard Maddox and Connie J. Arellanes.
It was the month of May on the 27th day on
Valerio St. in California's San Fernando valley
and this is where Jessica A. Maddox life's journey
began. From that day on til her dying day she has
always managed to do things her way. The
Maddox household loving father and mother
were deaf. Jessica had two sisters and a brother
that she played house and school with as most
children did although not the oldest she always
played the teacher the mother but never the kid.

She began her education at Valerio Elementary;
it was there that she began to reach higher,
always wanting to know how and why. Her
parents and siblings beamed as they watched her
grow. Inspiring siblings, school mates, neighbors,
and such it was obvious to them that she had a
special touch. Astute and observant her aspirations
did grow as she headed to high school in
Petersburg, VA where she graduated from in 1999.

Jessica had many milestones and some battle too.
She got married to Weaver R. Jr., changing her
name from Maddox to Weaver in 1999. To that
union came four beautiful children and to them
she tried to become the world's best mother.
Kaitlan, Weaverly the 3rd and the twins Kayla and
Taylor. The love for her children was her
obsession, the first of many of her received
blessings. Jessica attended Virginia State
University for 4 years, and in 2005 received her
bachelors degree. She returned to VSU in 2011,
this time earning her masters. In just one year in
education she made many sacrifices for her
husband and kids. For they were her life. Jessica
was inspired to go into law but found her real true
passion in educating children. She was a people
person, didn't matter who the person was. She
always
had kind words to share.
