My Deaf friends and I went to McDonald's for eating snacks. My friend ordered and gave her ID of PWD to cashier but they say not valid for PWD.... They say only senior citizen. Cashier looked serious at us. I helped my friend that I was angry at cashier and other manager. They were rude because they say not valid for PWD. I surprised what were their saying so I dared cashier and other manager when I shout them also my hand pointed them. Many people were staring at us. I explained them that many branches of McDo and Jollibee accepted PWD ID also many all restaurants discounts for PWD ID but why MCDO Fisher mall won't accept PWD then they seem doubt...they did not aware about PWD discount... when Woman Manager met us. She say sorry that cashier and other manager misunderstand they thought we want also senior citizen. Huh no excuse. I told manager that cashier and others say not valid for PWD. Why???? .

Manager say accepted discounts if individual not applicable 4 bundle food group because My friend ordered 4 bundle but I told friend that 4 bundle food group can't be discount but Friend said Cavite ( Dominic Molino and SM Bacoor of McDonalds ) can accepted discount even 4 bundle. I think it's not all... So I told manager that yes I understand what manager saying but why cashier and other manager say not valid for PWD. They say only senior citizen only. That's rude. That's why I was angry. I think manager did not inform cashier abt PWD discount.

Jeng noticed cashier fear and went hid. Replaced other cashier... I got high blood because PWD is nothing wrong but why they say no PWD. That's rude. That's sound like insulted us as Deaf that's why I was angry. I not buy food from McDonalds there but my friend bought foods at McDo... I bought Pizza Hut slice.

I told my friends that I'm sorry for angry at McDo but Bec they are wrong say about not valid for PWD. that's why I was angry. My friends say no problem. They understand my reason about cashier of McDo wrong...

Why I was angry at McDonald's because I helped Deaf community that I explained hearing staffs and crews about PWD ID discounts..that's why..

PWD don't go to McDonald's, Fisher mall if cashier of McDonald's still won't discount for PWD ID because cashier did not aware about PWD ID THUMB DOWN!!!! Unlike other many branches McDonald's accepted PWD ID for 20% discounts. THUMB UP!
